Welcome to our homepage. This is our second year on the Internet and we will keep it very basic.
The download link for the 2012-2013 New Sponsor Agreement form was added. This form may be accessed on the Downloads page. This Agreement Form is for new sponsors only. Existing Sponsors forms have been mailed to all existing sponsors.
When available, the link to view and/or download this year's Brochure and Application packet is below. The Application form in the packet is "PDF Fill-In" form, which means that after you have downloaded it you can fill it in using your computer keyboard and mouse and then print it out. To open the Brochure and Application Packet just click on the link and then save the PDF file to your computer.
Click the link above to download the 2013 Scholarship Brochure and Student Application. Once downloaded the Application can be completed on your computer and then printed and mailed.
The links in the left-hand column will take you to a "Contacts" page with contact information. The "History" page will provide a brief history of the Assist-A-Grad Scholarship Foundation and the "Board of Governors" page will list the Members of the Board of Governors, the Officers and other key people within the Assist-A-Grad organization.
